P.E. Section Certificate in the Proper Use of Gym Facilities

To enhance students’ safety awareness and practice within gym facilities, the P.E. Section offered two classes of the Certificate in the Proper Use of Gym Facilities. The course was delivered exclusively by certified professional instructors and integrated theoretical instruction with practical training and formal assessments. Upon successful completion, students became able to competently apply fundamental fitness methods in a controlled and safe manner.

Through systematic instruction and structured evaluation, students developed a solid foundation in fitness-related knowledge, exercise techniques, and the principles of correct physical training and health management. Furthermore, the course emphasized the cultivation of appropriate exercise concepts, risk awareness, and self-regulation skills, thereby supporting students’ capacity for informed and responsible participation in physical activity. By fostering interest and intrinsic motivation toward exercise, the program also promoted the formation of sustainable, lifelong health management practices.

Looking ahead, the P.E. Section will continue to expand and diversify its sports and health education initiatives. These efforts aim to provide a broader range of students with access to professional instruction and a secure learning environment, ultimately enhancing physical literacy and encouraging long-term engagement in physical activity and health-oriented lifestyles.
