The Student Affairs Office organised the “Understanding and Dealing with Insomnia” Workshop on 15 April 2026. Guided by the clinical psychologist, students learnt about the science of sleep, including sleep cycles, the three key elements of healthy sleep, and practical strategies for coping with insomnia. Students also enthusiastically exchanged ideas and shared useful tips for improving sleep quality. As healthy sleep habits are essential for wellbeing, we warmly encourage students to build better sleep routines, prioritise sufficient rest, and stay energised! 🔥
