What is Counselling ?

Counselling is a process that you engage with our professionally trained counselor to work collaboratively on your personal concerns and to facilitate your personal growth. The counselor will work with you on resolving your emotional turmoils, improving your communication skills, enhance your self-esteem, develop strategies to cope with stress and even help you better understand yourself. 

Privacy and Confidentiality 

Counselling sessions are conducted in a safe and comfortable counselling room where you may freely speak your mind. All content and details you share will be kept strictly confidential.

Making an Appointment

Individual counselling service is provided to all Undergraduate and Postgraduate students who are enrolled in the current academic year. An appointment can be made by email or at the office. Any personal concern is appropriate to bring into the counselling sessions.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 17:00
