In line with the Sustainable Project launching in March, which promotes the importance of sustainable development, the Student Affairs Office is organizing an Organic Gardening & Crafts Workshop. Come and plant your very own green life with your own hands! From soil to harvest, experience the beauty of sustainable living. Join us to explore the magic of the soil and spend a meaningful weekend together!

1. 圍村簡介及參觀天后廟 Introduction to the Walled Village and Visit to Tin Hau Temple 2. 農場導賞、認識有機蔬菜種 Farm Tour – Understanding Organic Vegetable Cultivation 3. 即場落苗、施肥及製作 Hands-On Seedling Planting, Fertilizing, and Preparation 4. 製作有機韭菜盆栽 DIY Organic Chive Planting 5. 收割時令蔬菜 (每人一份) Harvesting Seasonal Vegetables (One portion per person) 6. 學習製作客家茶果 Learn to Make Hakka Tea Snacks (Cha Guo) 7. 製作稻草人 Make Your Own Scarecrow 8. 自由時間 e.g. 餵食小動物、野餐等 Free Time e.g., Feeding small animals, picnicking, etc.
