珠海學院學生宿舍應急措施 Emergency Preparedness and Responses of the Residential Hall of Chu Hai College

各位宿生:

 

香港目前正面臨一場不斷升級的新冠病毒肆虐,目前我們的城市已達到大流行的關鍵點。 鑒於形式的嚴峻,珠海學院學生宿舍(以下簡稱“宿舍”)將採取以下應急措施。

 

如若任何宿生被確診感染了新冠病毒,宿舍將:

  1. 48小時內關閉;一旦宿舍宣佈關閉,所有宿生必須在 48 小時內搬出。 宿舍將立即進行深度清潔和消毒。
  2. 安排確診新冠病毒的宿生到指定隔離區,等待政府醫療衛生部門的進一步指示。
  3. 若違反了上述應急措施,學生事務處及導師團隊有權即時終止住宿資格。

對於目前仍在宿的宿生:

  1. 請務必提前準備好暫住處所,以應對宿舍的突然關閉。
  2. 任何宿生有發燒、咳嗽、呼吸急促、呼吸綜合征等症狀,以及任何其他相關新冠病毒的症狀,必須依照學生事務處及宿舍導師團隊的要求進行隔離。
  3. 任何與冠狀病毒病確診者有密切接觸的宿生,必須依照學生事務處及宿舍導師團隊的要求進行隔離。
  4. 宿生需按學生事務處要求進行房間調整以應對隔離需求。
  5. 若違反了上述應急措施,學生事務處及導師團隊有權即時終止住宿資格。

宿舍共用的浴室、衛生間、廚房等,屬於新冠病毒高風險感染和傳播場所。 我們強烈建議所有在宿宿生儘快提早辦理退宿手續,詳情請參閱2022年2月14日發出的《提前退房安排(更新)》電郵。

對於目前留宿的宿生,請務必遵守以下規則和預防措施:

宿舍規則

  1. 只允許外出參與必要的活動(例如購買基本生活用品、醫療預約);
  2. 禁止一切非必要活動的外出(例如社交聚會、探親等);
  3. 禁止任何訪客進入宿生;
  4. 若違反了上述規則,學生事務處及導師團隊有權即時終止住宿資格。

宿舍預防措施

  1. 保持良好的衛生習慣,並經常保持手部衛生,尤其是飯前飯後,確保在觸摸眼睛、鼻子前用酒精消毒液消毒手部。
  2. 宿舍內任何公共區域,必須佩戴口罩,如浴室、儲藏室、公共區域、電梯等。
  3. 在茶水間進食或飲水時,請將口罩放在乾淨的紙巾上或袋子裡,若非進食或飲水時必須佩戴口罩。
  4. 所有公共區域應當保持適當的距離。請避免聚集在超過 2 人的人群中。
  5. 如果您出現發燒或急性呼吸道症狀,請通知宿舍導師團隊或 SAO 並立即就醫。
  6. 若違反了上述預防措施,學生事務處及導師團隊有權即時終止住宿資格。

Dear Residents,

 

Hong Kong faces an escalating crisis, as our city reaches a pivotal point in the pandemic. In view of such a severe situation, the Residential Hall of Chu Hai College (hereafter as “Hall”) will adapt the following Emergency Preparedness and Responses.

 

If any residents got confirmed infection of covid, the Hall will:

 

1) CLOSED within 48 hours; all residents are requested to move-out within 48 hours once the Hall is announced to close. Deep cleaning and disinfection will be conducted immediately.

2) arrange infected resident(s) to the designated quarantine room and wait for the instruction from Medical and Health Department.

3) banned permanently from residence if found to have violated Emergency Preparedness and Responses.

 

To support the Residential Hall Management during this deeply concerning time, current residents are be requested to:

1) prepare alternative accommodation beforehand in case the Hall is announced to close.

2) undergo quarantine if he/she has any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, respiratory syndrome, etc., as well as any other related COVID symptoms.

3) undergo quarantine if he/she has any close contacts of confirmed cases.

4) allocate their room to cope with the quarantine arrangement.

5) residents are required to make room adjustments according to the requirements of the Student Affairs Office to cope with the isolation needs.

6) banned permanently from residence if found to have violated Emergency Preparedness and Responses.

 

The Hall with shared spaces of bathroom, pantry, and common space is under high risk of covid infection and diffusion. Therefore, we strongly encourage the current resident proceed to early check-out ASAP. For early check-out process, please refer to the email sent on February 14.

 

For current residents, the following Rules and Hygiene Guideline are implemented from this moment:

 

Updated Rules in Student Residential Hall (hereafter as “Rules”)

1) ONLY PERMITTED to go outside hall/college for essential activities (e.g. basic daily supplies, medical appointment).

2) NOT PERMITTED to go outside hall/college for non-essential activities (e.g. social gathering, visiting family).

3) NO visitor is allowed.

4) Banned permanently from residence if found to have violated Rules.

 

Updated Hygiene Guideline in Student Residential Hall (hereafter as “Guideline”)

1) Observe good toilet hygiene as always, and practice frequent hand hygiene (esp. before and after eating, if you get in contact with bodily fluids, touch eyes ears mouth nose).

2) Face masks must be worn at all times when in common areas, e.g. bathroom, pantry, common area, and lifts.

3) When eating or drinking in the pantry, please place your mask on a clean paper towel or inside a clean bag. Put on the mask instantly after eating.

4) Appropriate physical distancing should be maintained in all common areas. Please avoid congregating in crowds of more than 2 pax at all times.

5) Should you develop a fever or acute respiratory symptoms, please alert the tutorial team or SAO and seek medical advice immediately.

6) Banned permanently from residence if found to have violated Guidelines.
