Maritime and Aviation Internship Scheme (Maritime) 2024

To offer young generation an opportunity to have an early exposure to the wide spectrum of career opportunities in the aviation and maritime sectors so as to encourage them to join the two sectors after graduation, the Government established the “Maritime and Aviation Internship Scheme” (the Scheme) in 2014 to invite companies in the aviation and maritime sectors to offer internship places.

Eligibility	The Internship Scheme is open to the Hong Kong residents who are lawfully employable in Hong Kong and currently* – full-time local students (including students who are in the final year of their study) undertaking undergraduate or sub-degree programmes in any local institutions; or full-time students (including students who are in the final year of their study) undertaking undergraduate or sub-degree programmes in any institutions outside Hong Kong; or secondary six school leavers *excluding the students currently undertaking postgraduate programmes.
Internship Period	Four weeks (i.e. 28 days) or more
