急促的生活節奏，有時讓我們喘不過氣來。為了讓同學於課餘時間鬆一鬆，學生事務處將於下星期三舉辦「心靈探索之旅」表達藝術工作坊。同學將會在藝術治療師的帶領下進入一個無壓力的藝術世界，隨心創作出屬於自己的作品。不論你有沒有藝術天份，都歡迎你一同來探索和認識自己。
Life can get pretty hectic, and sometimes it feels like there’s no time to breathe. Let’s take a moment to slow down and unwind in our spare time. The Student Affairs Office (SAO) is hosting a “Journey of Self-Discovery” Expressive Arts Workshop next Wednesday. Led by an Art Therapist, students will step into a stress-free artistic environment where everyone can relax and create their own artwork. Forget about artistic skills; come and join this workshop to learn more about yourself!

You may freely express your emotions and thoughts through a couple of expressive arts mediums such as painting, music, drama, body movements, and storytelling.

• 參加者須繳交HK$100按金，不設找續；同學可於完成活動後獲全數退還按金
• Participants need to pay HK$100 deposit in advance. The deposit will be returned to students who have completed the activity. |
