Hong Kong Cultural Carnival

On 22 to 24 Oct 2025, the Student Affairs Office organized the “Hong Kong Cultural Carnival” to promote local culture.

The event featured nostalgic childhood games such as coin toss rainbow rings and hopscotch, evoking fond memories of old Hong Kong.

Classic local food and game clips were also screened, allowing participants to experience the city’s past lifestyle. In the Cha Chaan Teng (Hong Kong-style café) segment, students engaged in interactive games to learn about traditional dishes and common diner slang, deepening their understanding of local culinary culture.

Additionally, a minibus signboard creation corner was set up, where participants could design their own signs using stickers or handwritten messages, offering a hands-on experience of Hong Kong’s unique transportation culture.
