Reaching Out Award 外展體驗獎 2020年１月上旬，學生事務處舉辦了一個跨學系的文化活動 －「東京創意及文化體驗團」，由建築系黎東耀副教授帶領參加的學生，遊覽東京，橫濱的特色建築及藝術館， 8位來自土木工程學系、會計及銀行學系、財務金融學系、新聞傳播學系及中國文學系的學生，透過黎東耀副教授黎東耀以建築美學的角度欣賞各個文化景點、著名建築、歷史及藝術作品。亦從日本獨特的商業文化等角度，認識日本文化及發展，讓學生從不同視角體驗世界，啟發學生的創意思維。到訪的地方包括著名的Maison Hermes Ginza建築，歌舞伎座，新宿御苑，以及Ginza Six花園等。還有參觀嶄新的博物館，包括去年才在台場推出的巨型數位藝術博物館teamLab及去年開幕的明治神宮博物館。『動態的藝術呈現和配的音樂完美結合。。。真的是讓我目不轉睛。。。這樣生動的藝術呈現是我之前沒有體驗過的。』
