To help students navigate the pressures of mid-term exams and academic responsibilities, the Student Affairs Office successfully hosted the Aromatherapy DIY Workshop on 11 March 2026. Under the expert guidance of a professional therapist, students enjoyed a restorative hour of self-care, where they learned to soothe their emotions through scent and crafted their own unique essential oil blends. The session also featured practical self-massage techniques designed to relieve the physical and mental fatigue of intensive study sessions. We are delighted to have seen so many students unwinding and recharging their energy through this sensory experience.
