In line with the Sustainable Project launching in March, which promotes the importance of sustainable development, the Student Affairs Office is organizing an Organic Gardening & Crafts Workshop. Come and plant your very own green life with your own hands! From soil to harvest, experience the beauty of sustainable living. Join us to explore the magic of the soil and spend a meaningful weekend together!

1.围村简介及参观天后庙 Introduction to the Walled Village and Visit to Tin Hau Temple 2. 农场导赏、认识有机蔬菜种 Farm Tour – Understanding Organic Vegetable Cultivation 3. 即场落苗、施肥及制作 Hands-On Seedling Planting, Fertilizing, and Preparation 4. 制作有机韭菜盆栽 DIY Organic Chive Planting 5. 收割时令蔬菜 (每人一份) Harvesting Seasonal Vegetables (One portion per person) 6. 学习制作客家茶果 Learn to Make Hakka Tea Snacks (Cha Guo) 7. 制作稻草人 Make Your Own Scarecrow 8. 自由时间 e.g. 喂食小动物、野餐等 Free Time e.g., Feeding small animals, picnicking, etc.
