Program Objective:
- Understand how the lounge business works, gain knowledge in the day-to-day operation of:-The core business in Sodexo Live including its Operations
- Understand the expectations and requirements of the Lounger and customers.
- Obtain an insight about various tasks undertaken in the designated department(s) and the level of skills required.
- Observe the resources and capabilities required to achieve objective in delivering excellent service to our guests.
- Understand how our brand of Sodexo Live is built into all products, service and processes.
- Ensure that you are informed and have learned all the requirements for the particular position(s) in the Department.
