急促的生活节奏，有时让我们喘不过气来。为了让同学于课馀时间鬆一鬆，学生事务处将于下星期三举办「心灵探索之旅」表达艺术工作坊。同学将会在艺术治疗师的带领下进入一个无压力的艺术世界，随心创作出属于自己的作品。不论你有没有艺术天份，都欢迎你一同来探索和认识自己。
Life can get pretty hectic, and sometimes it feels like there’s no time to breathe. Let’s take a moment to slow down and unwind in our spare time. The Student Affairs Office (SAO) is hosting a “Journey of Self-Discovery” Expressive Arts Workshop next Wednesday. Led by an Art Therapist, students will step into a stress-free artistic environment where everyone can relax and create their own artwork. Forget about artistic skills; come and join this workshop to learn more about yourself!

You may freely express your emotions and thoughts through a couple of expressive arts mediums such as painting, music, drama, body movements, and storytelling.

• 参加者须缴交HK$100按金，不设找续；同学可于完成活动后获全数退还按金
