The counselor could work with you on resolving your emotional turmoils, improving your communication skills, enhance your self-esteem, develop strategies to cope with stress and even help you better understand yourself.
Privacy and Confidentiality
The counseling process will be conducted in an isolated counseling room that you can talk freely. The content that you share will be kept strictly confidential.
